Here's everything I use daily.

I also take 500mg of Metformin every morning with my black coffee and again before bed, but you need to get a prescription in the U.S. (or get it over-the-counter somewhere like Latin America).

Multi-vitamin - Athlete Vitamin

What's great about Athlete Vitamin is it's an all-in-one supplement with effective dosages of Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Magnesium and Zinc, so you don't need to take separate pills for everything, plus this is an easy-to-drink powder (OK so the magnesium dosage is a little low and you might want to take extra - see my recommendation below).

I take one scoop of AV at night before bed.

CBD Oil - Sabaidee

CBD oil is one of those supplements I was pretty skeptical about. I'm a big fan of magnesium oil and epsom salt baths, so CBD seemed a little redundant. 

Well I tried it... and it worked. I went into a deep sleep and could feel more rested the next morning. 

If you suffer from chronic pain, high blood pressure, inflammation or poor sleep, CBD oil might help you.

I take a few drops under my tongue a few hours before bed. 

Collagen - True Nutrition

I take collagen for joint pain in my elbows, which I feel in certain exercises (especially dumbbell presses and lat pulldowns). 

Collagen can also be useful for soft tissue damage and healthy skin. 

I like to mix it with water, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder and a few drops of hot sauce (like Cholula), then heat it in the microwave for a few seconds to make myself a hot cup of bone broth. 

If you suffer from joint pain or want healthier, glowing skin, try collagen. 

Try 10 grams daily. 

Creatine - Bulk Supplements

Creatine is one of the top supplements you can use, safe and proven to work. It helps increase muscle mass, recovery, memory, etc. etc. 

If you're not taking creatine, you should grab some ASAP. 

I take 5 grams before my workouts.  

Fish Oil - Citadel

You don't need me to tell you about fish oil, do you? The Citadel brand doesn't have a fishy taste either, which is an indicator of good quality. 

If you already consume a lot of fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines), you might not need fish oil. 

But that's not most people. I take fish oil as "insurance" since my fish consumption is up and down. 

I take 3 capsules throughout the day with food. 

Magnesium Oil - Life-Flo

Magnesium oil spray is amazing. Seems to work much better than oral magnesium supplements. 

Whenever I use it, I sleep much better and have dreams. 

If you always wake up in the middle of the night or never seem to wake up rested, I'd try magnesium oil. I've also found that it works right away. It's not one of those supplements that takes time (like collagen) to experience an effect. 

I apply the spray to my ribcage and thighs before bed. 

Nootropic - Gorilla Mind

I personally like Gorilla Mind Rush, but I know a lot of people prefer Modafinil. Gorilla Mind Rush helps me get laser-focused without the stimulant effect (anxious, heart racing) I've gotten from Modafinil.  

If you've never tried a nootropic product, I'd start with Gorilla Mind Rush

If you've tried Gorilla Mind Rush, Gorilla Mind Smooth or Adrafinil and want to try something potentially more effective, try Modafinil and start off with 50mg - 100mg.

I take 3 capsules of Gorilla Mind Rush in the morning before a work session.

I also use the Gorilla Youth Serum every morning and night. 

Protein Powder - True Nutrition

This is my go-to protein powder. I get the Debiterrized Hydrolized Whey Protein.

Protein powders are convenient because they help you increase your protein intake without extra carbs or fat. 

I take 1 scoop in the morning and another scoop an hour before bed.

Turmeric Curcumin - NutriFlair

I take turmeric and curcumin primarily because it's an anti-inflammatory and seems to help with joint pain.

Along with collagen (and bone broth), you might notice that your joints feel much better after using turmeric and curcumin. 

I take 1 capsule in the morning with my protein shake and another capsule at night before bed.
